Core Group is Hiring
We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer–Groundworker for our client’s project in the Teddington (TW11) area.
Job Title: Bricklayer–Groundworker
Location: Teddington, TW11
Pay Rate: £240 per day
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Monday (23/02/2026)
• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Previous experience in brickwork and groundwork
• Physically fit and willing to muck in where necessary
• Good common sense and ability to plan work effectively
• Reinstating, re-dressing, and repointing brick details around path edges and steps throughout various areas of the park (depending on condition).
• Re-laying slabs to pathway steps where required.
• Inspecting and levelling the sub-base of the pathway using a whacker plate.
• Installing approximately 27 tonnes of Type 1 stone to the pathway and compacting it.
• Applying a 12-tonne top dress of stone to achieve a clean, finished look and compacting into place.
• Moving materials from the laydown area to the work zone using machinery and manual handling where access is limited.
This role involves hands-on work and some graft, but with the right attitude and planning, it will run smoothly.
