Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader needed in Loughborough Paying £14.50 per hr ref OR23172
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee repairs and adaptations in voids from initial inspection through to completion.
- Manage decant repairs and support complex cases such as disrepair and property adaptations.
- Lead and support the in-house voids team, ensuring effective resource planning and delivery.
- Manage and monitor external contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and value for money.
- Analyse performance data, contractor KPIs, and customer insights to drive improvements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the service to enhance compliance, service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations, SOR codes, and organisational policies.
- Contribute to service development and performance improvements across voids and decants.
