Napier Close is more than a building, it’s a community. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and welcoming communal spaces, it’s designed to help residents live independently and thrive.

Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 08:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 / 15:00 - 23:00 / 23:00 - 08:00
• Support daily life skills like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting
• Help with medication and wellbeing
• Organise fun trips and activities
• Promote independence and personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships that truly change lives

What We are Looking For:
• Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car
• Flexibility for sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
• Reliability and a passion for making a difference
