Crynodeb
We are currently recruiting for a Reception/Operations Assistant, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The role involves front desk and customer service duties (greeting visitors, managing multi-line phones and emails), flight dispatching and scheduling (booking training sessions and managing pilot/instructor diaries using specialised online software), and general operational/administrative support including checking in customers. Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential; an interest in aviation is desirable.
