About the Role

You will join a supportive Science faculty committed to delivering high-quality STEM education. The role will involve:

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with a focus on Physics at GCSE level
• Designing engaging lessons that encourage analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Promoting practical experimentation and real-world application of scientific principles
• Supporting intervention strategies to raise attainment in Physics
• Contributing to enrichment activities such as STEM competitions and university partnerships

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has strong Physics subject knowledge and a passion for STEM
• Sets high standards for behaviour and achievement
• Is confident using data to inform planning and progress
• Works collaboratively within a team-focused department
