Summary

Temporary Administrator
Location: Bodmin
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team in Bodmin on a temporary 4-week contract, with the potential for the role to continue.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied office role and is confident working with computer-based systems and handling customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering orders accurately onto our computer-based system
• Following through with simple administrative tasks related to processed orders
• Answering telephone enquiries (mainly quote requests and order queries)
• Responding to email enquiries (mainly quote requests and order queries)
• Entering and updating details on our CRM system
• General office duties, including collating and posting samples

About You:

• Previous administrative experience essential
• Confident using computer systems and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
