This role offers you the chance to influence care at scale, strengthen partnerships across the Norfolk and Waveney Hospitals Group, and contribute to shaping the future of the region’s busiest teaching hospital. If you are motivated by purpose, leadership and impact, this is an outstanding opportunity.

You will work collaboratively with senior leaders across clinical and corporate services, enabling consistent standards, strong accountability and high‑quality decision‑making.
The role includes supporting Care Group teams, contributing to Group‑wide programmes across Norfolk and Waveney, and helping shape long‑term strategic planning. You will also represent the Executive Managing Director as required, providing leadership in internal and external forums and taking part in the senior manager on‑call rota.
