The Visitor Welcome Assistant (Tickets & Retail) is a key role within the Visitor Operations Team.
The Visitor Welcome Assistant (Tickets & Retail) is responsible for welcoming visitors to site, providing clear orientation and processing cash and card transactions for retail, tickets and membership.
In addition to all regular duties, the Visitor Welcome Assistant (Tickets & Retail) provides flexible cover across catering and car parking, always implementing and adhering to best practise across a site of historical significance.
