What you’ll be doing
As one of our Casual Chefs you will support our Head Chef and play an important role in delivering our catering service to resident groups that visit us at our Field Studies Centre.

You’ll need to be happy to be able to carry out all duties associated with kitchen work.

We usually operate fixed mealtimes with one or two sittings, using set menus with two or three food choices.

You’ll be cooking and delivering breakfasts (earliest usually 7.45am) and evening meals (latest usually 6.30 pm) for up to 154 residential visitors
