About Us:
Elite Care Solutions Limited is a Registered Domiciliary Care Service based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. With our support, people are able to live content and fulfilling lives within the comfort of their own home.
Role Overview: We are looking for an understanding and patient female Home Support Worker to support a lady who is has challenging behaviour and Epilepsy in the Scunthorpe area. Experience is not essential since you will be provided with full training and on-going support.
Responsibilities:
Provide support with personal care, hygiene and any other health needs where necessary.
Administer or prompt medication when required.
Offer emotional support and reassurance.
Assist with meal preparation and domestic tasks.
Encourage sufficient hydration and nutrition.
Skills:
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in providing quality care.
Benefits:
Hourly rate £12.50 to £13.46 (Enhanced pay at weekends and double-time on bank holidays).
Contracts available after the probationary period – Full time, Part Time.
Mileage allowance – 40p per mile.
Free accredited training.
Free Childcare Scheme.
Access to 24 hour on call support.
Employee of the Month Award.
Free uniform and PPE provided.
Access to the Blue Light Card Scheme (online and high street discounts).
