Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team, you will be responsible for applying a paint finish to steel constructed containers. This is a full-time position with regular overtime available.
Duties:
- Helping to Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling if required
- Ensure correct colour paint code is used in line with order schedule requirements
- Apply 1 coat of primer followed by 2 top coats of paint
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of the painted surface
- You will be required to fully check your work on completion and carry out any remedial repairs using a roller or brush
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
-fully adhere to the companies health and safety policies on the use of platforms/ladders, breathing aspirators and paint storage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paint spraying
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative
