Our work strengthens local businesses, supports inclusive economic growth, and contributes to Aston University’s mission to transform lives through enterprise and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team delivering programmes that make a tangible difference to businesses and communities.

The role is highly administrative and operational, focused on ensuring programme activities run smoothly, logistics are well coordinated, data and evidence are captured accurately, and participants receive high‑quality support throughout their journey.

The role holder will coordinate programme logistics, prepare materials, liaise with participants and facilitators, maintain programme documentation and spreadsheets, and provide preparation and on‑the‑day support for workshops and events. The post requires a minimum on‑site presence of three days per week and occasional early starts or late finishes depending on programme needs.

The role holder must be educated to Level 3 (A/AS Level) or hold an equivalent qualification.
