The Role
We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our 47 place setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about Early Years education and ready to shape practice, build a strong team culture and ensure outstanding outcomes for children.
You will:
Lead and motivate a team of practitioners to deliver high quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted and statutory requirements
Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
Build positive partnerships with parents and the wider community
Oversee staffing, ratios, recruitment and day to day operations
Manage budgets and occupancy in collaboration with the senior leadership team
What We Are Looking For
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
Previous experience in a leadership role within an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted framework
Confident in leading teams, coaching staff and driving quality
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A genuine passion for creating inspiring learning environments
