The Role
We’re working with a well-established fire & life safety provider looking to add an experienced Maintenance / Service Engineer to their regional team. This is a field-based role focused on planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites.
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, represent the business professionally on-site, and ensure systems remain compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
* Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
* Carrying out routine inspections, fault-finding and remedial works
* Completing service reports and compliance documentation
* Liaising with clients, site teams and internal support
* Occasional travel into London when required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a service / maintenance role
* Strong background in fire alarm systems
* Experience with emergency lighting and/or smoke ventilation is highly beneficial
* Knowledge of British Standards and compliance requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own day
