The RoleWe are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to support our front-of-house reception and office operations in Bradford. This role is a great first step into the world of business, customer service and office administration.
What You Will Be Doing• Greeting visitors and clients at reception
• Answering phone calls and managing enquiries
• Assisting with emails and general correspondence
• Supporting day-to-day office administration and data entry
• Helping organise documents, files and bookings
• Working closely with the team to keep the workspace running smoothly
• Learning professional customer service and administrative skills
Every day offers variety and practical experience in a modern business setting.
What You Will LearnThis apprenticeship includes a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification alongside hands-on workplace experience. You will build skills in communication, organisation, customer service, IT systems, problem-solving and professional business processes.
