This is an exciting opportunity for a Panel Beater to join a great team at a company that offers training and promotional opportunities. Panel Beater Role
- Replacing and repairing panels, including straightening and filling
- Performing body alignment
- Welding and bonding
- Filler work, dent removal, and pin pulling
- Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly examined and reporting findings (oral and/or written), with emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction
- Working in a manner that minimises lost, non‑revenue, and/or diversionary time, accurately recording all such time
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, well‑organised, and safe—in full compliance with Health and Safety standards
Panel Beater Requirements
- Previous experience in panel repair/replacement in a bodyshop setting, with completion of a panel technician apprenticeship (or equivalent)
- Ability to carry out major repairs
- Demonstrate a positive, “right-first time” attitude
- a strong team‑player
- Ability to work to a very high standard, with precision and attention to detail
