Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: Up to £52,480 OTE (uncapped)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays
A leading workshop in Bishop’s Stortford is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who wants strong earning potential, modern facilities, and ongoing training including hybrid and EV development.
Vehicle Technician Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
- Servicing and maintenance to manufacturer standards
- Vehicle health checks and reporting required work
- Minor repairs, diagnostics and electrical checks
- Warranty work and accurate job write‑ups
- Road‑testing vehicles to confirm repairs
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and high workshop standards
- Diagnostic, MOT or EV experience is a bonus but not essential
Multiple roles available: PDI Technician, Prep Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Senior Technician, Master Technician.
