Are you ready to lead a service that makes a real difference to families across Richmond? We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our 0-19 services and shape the future of community health for children, young people, and their families.
As the Clinical Lead for Health Visiting and School Nursing, you will be at the heart of our Richmond CSU. This is a pivotal leadership role where your clinical expertise and strategic vision will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and innovative Public Health Nursing service.

• Strategic Influence & Partnership: Working in close partnership with local commissioners, you will ensure joint objectives are delivered and that our services are seamlessly integrated with local partners.
• Integrated Care at the Heart of the Community: You will collaborate extensively with Early Help teams within Family Hubs, strengthening joined-up support for families and ensuring no child falls through the gaps.
• Championing Clinical Excellence: You will provide strong professional leadership to our Health Visiting and School Nursing teams, supporting them in delivering the Trust’s Quality Strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
• Robust Safeguarding Leadership: Working alongside the Safeguarding Named Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring that robust systems are in place to protect and support the most vulnerable families in our community.
You will be the clinical voice for the 0-19 service in Richmond, providing a sense of purpose and high standards. You will:
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing service.
• Lead on key projects and objectives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions between services.
• Support the development and training of staff, fostering a culture of compassion, equity, and professional growth.
• Resolve complex clinical issues and provide expert guidance to frontline teams.
