Are you an experienced administrator ready to take the next step in your career?
We are excited to introduce a new Office Manager role at Hugglescote Community Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office.
You will be required work 25 hours per week, term-time plus one additional week. Working hours can offer some flexibility; however, the successful candidate will ideally work until 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone who: - Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will often be a key point of contact for parents and visitors. - Is highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage and prioritise a busy workload. - Has the confidence and ability to lead and support other admin staff. - Has strong ICT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and school management systems. - Has experience of working in a busy office environment (school experience desirable). - Is able to maintain accurate records, prioritise work to meet conflicting deadlines. - Has knowledge of financial processes, including invoicing, income handling and debt monitoring. - Has initiative and willingness to contribute to the life of this large primary school.
