The Castle School requires an ambitious and dedicated Attendance Officer to support students in achieving their full academic potential by promoting excellent attendance.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a visible, proactive presence, and a key figure in ensuring our students unlock their full potential. You'll be engaging directly with students, parents, and staff, driving positive change and celebrating every attendance triumph.
This is an interesting and varied role, based in the heart of the school in the Pastoral Hub. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent administrative skills, with proven knowledge of Microsoft packages. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail, and ideally have experience of working in a busy office or a school environment.
We can offer you: An opportunity to work in an experienced and supportive team from whom you can learn, develop and grow. A friendly, busy and dynamic workplace where each day is different from the last. A competitive salary. Wider opportunities to be involved across our Trust. An energised and professional working environment.
