Crynodeb
The Lewis School are looking for enthusiastic, committed individuals to join the ALN team. You may be returning to or embarking upon a career in education. LSAs will be required to work under the guidance of pastoral leaders and ALNCos across all year groups. Candidates with specific experience of either Literacy, Numeracy or Emotional Wellbeing interventions welcomed. You will have a good level of personal literacy and numeracy, minimum C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
You will be working with individuals and groups, preparing resources and profiles to support individual learners. You will have a keen interest in supporting young people with their learning and emotional wellbeing and be willing to receive training to deliver specific interventions.
30h per week, term time only.
