With over 45,000 members across the estate, and that number continuing to climb as we open more clubs across London, we’re now looking for a Digital Product Manager. This role will have ownership of our member-facing touchpoints, as well as our colleague tools and core systems, bringing some cohesion and innovation across all platforms. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with product management experience in a high-growth, consumer focused environment to join a company and have real, tangible impact.
Responsibilities include:
- Shape end-to-end member journey, designing personalised digital experiences for members
- Turn product performance data into insights and commercial propositions
- Work with third-party partners on product requirements
- Partner closely with stakeholders internally to shape business requirements and drive adoption
- Work across the marketing team to align and deliver content, campaign and digital comms across multiple channels
As well as the high-growth, consumer focused environment, this role is ideal for someone with proven record of working on high-quality mobile app and web features. You need to have experience and confidence in working with design, delivery and collaboration tooling and match Third Space’s growth mindset culture.
