Summary
You will be an experienced estates and facilities professional with a proven track record of strategic and operational leadership within an environment of comparable scale and complexity. With significant experience of working in the public sector, you will have extensive knowledge of the NHS with a thorough understanding of the estates and facilities functions and relevant statutory requirements. As an experienced project manager, you will be able to lead a complex multi-faceted transformation programme aimed at improving performance in a financially constrained environment. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large diverse workforce to deliver the highest standard of service with a strong emphasis placed upon adherence to the Trust values and behaviours.
