Nights Concierge - Leading Property Brand - 5 Star building - Kensington
- Are you a Hospitality professional, Concierge or Porter seeking work with a leading brand in Kensington?
- Are you looking for work at a 5 start development with excellent facilities?

Our leading luxury property management client has an exciting opportunity for a concierge to work at there 5 star development in Kensington on a permanent basis. Working as part of the on site building management team, you will play a key role in making sure the building runs smoothly

- 2 nights on 2 nights off (alternate weekends)
Duties include:
- Front of house management
- Delivery/parcel management
- Welcoming guests, residents, contractors to the site
- Daily site inspections
- Providing excellent customer service
- Manage log books and building systems controls
- Support residents with any queries
- Oversee the cleaning team and any external contractors
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within hospitality, concierge or security would be beneficial
- Customer focused and approachable
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Good basic IT experience
- Able to multi-task
- Keen to learn and develop
- Able to work nights on any night of the week
