Client Care Lead
Beech House Veterinary Hospital Warrington
We are excited to be expanding our team at Beech House. We have a fabulous opportunity for a Client Care Lead to join our friendly RCVS Accredited Veterinary Hospital team.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets?
If you would thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our clinical and leadership teams, to ensure the best standard of care is met throughout every pet’s journey with us, we would love to hear from you.
Hours of work are based on working 37.5 hours average a week working on a rota Monday’s, Thursday’s, Friday’s (between 9.30am and 8pm) and every other weekend (between 8am and 5pm). Candidates will also be required to work on Bank Holidays as part of a rota (maximum of 1 to 2 days per year).
Previous reception experience is essential, although not necessarily within the veterinary industry. Previous experience in a line management role or as a qualified RVN would be a distinct advantage. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
