What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you’re committed to excellent project delivery and have the hands-on experience needed to thrive in a fast-paced utilities environment.
Experience & Knowledge
Experience in utilities or civil engineering site management, ideally within water mains or similar infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of site operations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance.
Experience leading site teams and subcontractors, with confident communication skills for liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Skills
Proven ability to manage and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to support efficient site operations.
Competent in basic IT programmes including Excel, Word, and Outlook for supporting tasks such as safety inspections, observations, programme activity management, notifications, and team support.
Strong problem-solving capability, able to respond quickly to site challenges and minimise disruption.
Essential Qualifications
Full UK driving licence
Water Hygiene
NRSWA – Unit 10 (or equivalent), backfilling and reinstating
Cable Avoidance/Safe Digging
First Aid
Desirable Qualifications
Temporary Works Supervisor
Slinger/Signaller
NPORS Traffic Marshall
