Job Advert
The Goods In Administrator is an integral part of our operation in Lymedale, working closely with Warehouse, Customer Service &
Transport teams. You’ll be working in a busy, fast paced environment where time management and attention to detail is key.

Day to Day
* Book in and coordinate third party drivers, ensuring paperwork is accurate and given to the correct department within the
required time frame
* Liaise with drivers, hauliers, Warehouse Supervisors, and the Goods in Supervisor to rectify anomalies which arise
* Communicate via telephone and email to all internal and external contacts
* Accurately key in deliveries, orders and purchase order amendments into the SAP system
* Produce daily reports using SAP and Excel for distribution internally
* Escalate issues as appropriate to the Goods in Supervisor
What will you bring?
* Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Prioritisation and time management skills
