Location: Salford, Manchester - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Data Analyst at Kier Construction, you'll be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support decision-making and improve project outcomes within the construction business. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, helping to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project efficiency. The Data Analyst will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.
What will you be responsible for?As a Data Analyst, you'll be working within the Analytics team, supporting them in optimising project performance through data-driven insights. Your day to day will include:
-Analysing complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform project planning
-Creating intuitive dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders
-Ensuring data accuracy and quality through regular validation processes
-Collaborating with project teams to understand their specific data needs
-Recommending process improvements based on your analytical findings
