Then this could be the role for you.JOB TITLE: HR COORDINATOR LOCATION: KING’S LYNN (OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO OTHER CAMPUS’) HOURS: 37 PER WEEKSALARY: £25,848 - £26,753 PER ANNUM CWA are recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their team. Our HR team provide an essential support service with the full remit of the entire life cycle. This is a varied role providing high quality administrative support in relation to onboarding, absence management, probation, and providing advice and guidance on our HR processes. The successful postholder will have experience of working in a busy HR Department providing first line support to staff, HR colleagues and external stakeholders. Customer service and attention to detail are key elements of this role. This is a wide-ranging role and will suit someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Whilst holding a level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable it is not essential, but the successful candidate should be prepared to gain the level 3 qualification via the apprenticeship program funded by the college.The role is predominantly based at our campus based at King’s Lynn. Candidates must have the ability to travel to our other campuses (travel expenses payable)We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England.
