Health & Fitness. If you’re an experienced leisure professional who’s all about community, great customer service, and leading
teams with real enthusiasm, this could be just the job for you. You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, guiding your fitness

services.
ABOUT LED COMMUNITY LEISURE
LED Community Leisure is a charitable trust that’s all about boosting wellbeing and making people’s lives better. We run a network
of fitness centres, organise loads of community programmes, and put on leisure activities for everyone. Our profits go straight
back into the community, so every workout, class, or activity you take part in helps local people. The Grove and The Hangar are
key players in this mission, offering a huge range of fitness classes and group sessions, and making sure everyone feels right at
home.
MAIN DUTIES
* You’ll lead and mentor teams at both centres, creating a positive, motivating atmosphere where everyone thrives.
* It’s your job to make sure members have an exceptional experience and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* You’ll handle the day-to-day running of both centres, making sure safety and building standards are always met.
* You’ll be looking to boost membership numbers, keep people coming back, and help the centres thrive commercially.
* Bringing in fresh fitness programmes, group classes, and wellbeing ideas will be a big part of your role.
* You’ll manage budgets, keep reports up to date, oversee marketing, and monitor how well things are going.
* You’ll help with community outreach and build partnerships to make sure we’re offering the best to everyone.
* Teamwork’s essential—so you’ll work closely with colleagues across LED, always looking for ways to improve.
Sometimes, you’ll cover management shifts in the evenings or at weekends, so flexibility is key
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* You need to have led and managed teams in leisure or fitness before experience really counts here.
* Top-notch customer service and communication skills are a must you’ll be chatting to all sorts of people every day.
