Registered Manager – 3-Bed EBD Children’s Home | Warrington
Location: Warrington
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Working Pattern: Full-time with 1 day per week working from home

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Warrington.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Registered Manager will be responsible for:

Overall management and leadership of the home
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care
Leading, developing and supervising the staff team
Managing budgets and occupancy levels
Building strong working relationships with local authorities and partner agencies
Driving continuous improvement and positive inspection outcomes

The role offers one designated day per week working from home to focus on administrative responsibilities, reports and strategic planning.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for a candidate who:

Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or is working towards it
Has previous experience managing or deputising within a children’s residential setting
Demonstrates strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
Is organised, resilient and outcomes-focused
Has a proven track record of leading teams and improving standards
