We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on CleaningTeam Leader to lead our evening cleaning team and help create a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment across the site. In this role, you’ll take pride in ensuring every task is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while supporting and inspiring your team.

What you'll do:
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team, allocating duties and monitoring performance to maintain consistent, high standards.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to specification through regular inspections and quality checks.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members, including new starters.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures, reporting hazards and maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage cleaning materials, equipment, stock levels, and operate specialist machinery including carpet cleaning and hard floor scrubber machines.
- Support operational needs with hands-on cleaning, accurate documentation, team attendance oversight, and coordination of auditorium setups in line with daily schedules.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Team Leader (or similar), with strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, equipment, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and maintain high cleaning standards with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support staff.
- Effective time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise multiple tasks and solve problems promptly.
- Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties and operating equipment, with basic administrative and computer literacy skills.
