Summary
Rugby School Enterprises (RSE), the trading arm of Rugby School and Bilton Grange, generates revenue through events, weddings, residential courses, and sports facility hire, while also providing services like managing the school shop and tours.
We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to assist with events and residential courses during school holidays. This is a casual role with no fixed or minimum hours, ideal for someone seeking flexible work. You will help prepare for and coordinate events, liaise with clients and internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities also include providing administrative support, managing client requests, and handling last-minute changes.
The ideal candidates will have event coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. A proactive attitude, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a commitment to excellent service are essential. Knowledge of Rugby School is a plus but not required.
Hours will primarily be during school holidays, with busy periods including Easter, Summer, half terms, and Christmas.
