A Growing Housing Developer has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join a brand new development in South Northamptonshire. This role offers excellent progression opportunities to Sales Manager as the regional office expands.
Job Description
The Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling new build homes to prospective buyers within the development. This role requires a professional and customer-focused approach to guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to completion. The position involves regular communication with clients, managing appointments and viewings, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Engage with potential buyers, providing detailed information about the development, property specifications, and purchasing process.
• Conduct property viewings and site tours to showcase available homes.
• Manage sales appointments, maintaining an organised diary and prompt follow-up communications.
• Negotiate sales terms and agreements in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns professionally.
• Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Drive to and from sites as required, utilising the fuel allowance provided.
• Valid driving licence
• Proven experience in new build housing sales for a housing developer
• Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of the new build housing market and sales processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Competent IT skills, including use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused approach with a professional and positive attitude.
• Office and on-site working at the development in Bedfordshire.
• Full-time hours, including weekends.
• Regular travel to site with use of personal vehicle with fuel allowance.
