Crynodeb
To provide a comprehensive reception service within the Practice to GPs, health professionals, the general public and other agencies. To triage and navigate patients to an appropriate appointment or service, receive patients and other surgery users, oversee the main reception area and ensure the smooth running of GP sessions and other clinics, using computerised systems that are an essential part of the role.
