Crynodeb
To consolidate and build on graduate skills and academic knowledge, giving the newly qualified Occupational Therapist a broad practical experience of a range of patients and conditions within the community setting. To work as an Occupational Therapist within the Integrated Discharge Team To respond to referrals within an appropriate time scale with the key aim being to prevent hospital admission and maintain the individuals independence at home. To maintain accurate clinical records. To be responsible for own clinical practice and the delegation of work to support staff where applicable.
