Crynodeb
Deliver advanced wound care interventions, including compression bandaging and application of specialist dressings. Prepare clinical environments and ensure compliance with infection control guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams. Uphold patient dignity and confidentiality at all times. Participate in induction and training of new staff and contribute to team development. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data collection for audits. Ensure safe handling and transportation of equipment and samples. Adhere to lone working procedures and health and safety policies. Support service development by suggesting improvements for efficiency and patient experience.
