We are recruiting for:
Full Time Community Support Workers
Part Time Community Support Workers
Weekend Only
Bank / Flexible Workers
Early Birds
Twilight
Tea time carers
We offer flexible shifts including mornings 7am-2pm, evenings 4pm-10pm (full time and part time) - Early bird and twilight 07.00-10.00am 19.00-22.00pm, Tea carers- 16.00-18.00 and alternate weekends- We strive on prompting a work life balance.
Locations:
Trowbridge, Westbury, Bradford On Avon, Melksham, Calne and surrounding areas across Wiltshire.
About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes with:
Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Companionship
Light household duties
Supporting independence and wellbeing
Every day is different, but one thing remains the same – you will be making a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
A kind and compassionate nature
Reliability and good communication skills
A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
A genuine passion for helping others
Experience is welcome but not essential – we provide full training and ongoing support.
