Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of road closures, permits, and general network coordination tasks.
Utilize digital tools, mapping systems, and databases to maintain accurate records.
Prepare maps, plans, tables, and reports to support highways operations.
Support the team with general administration and perform accuracy checking on technical documents.
Attend team meetings and conduct occasional site visits as required to support project delivery.
Essentials:
Experience or ability to help resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer focus.
Full training is offered; prior experience in Street Works is not a prerequisite for this role.
Ability to hold and maintain a valid driving licence is required for occasional site visits across the council area.
