This is a varied and challenging role providing support to existing tenant / resident groups, encouraging new groups to form, facilitating focus groups, supporting the Tenant Forum and encouraging tenant involvement in scrutiny of services.


We are looking for enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in customer service and client relations, knowledge of the housing business, a passion to improve our services, and who share and demonstrate our values of empowerment, respect, integrity, and adaptability.


As well as having excellent interpersonal and customer care skills, you will have experience in stakeholder participation, consultation methods and customer insight techniques, experience of coordinating and managing a range of meetings and events.
