Reach Truck Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity – Yate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Yate.
This role is working with a leading courier and parcel distribution service, supporting high-volume parcel operations within a modern warehouse environment. It’s a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability with a well-established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock to and from racking (including high-level racking)
Handling palletised parcels and courier freight
Supporting goods-in and despatch operations
Conducting daily equipment checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
✅ Requirements
Valid and in-date Reach Truck licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
Previous warehouse experience (parcel or distribution experience advantageous)
Good attention to detail
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
