Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Tottenham for an experienced and passionate individual to take on the role of Nursery Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team and oversee the daily operations of a thriving Early Years setting.
Your Role Will Include:
• Managing the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the staff team
• Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and education
• Maintaining compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Building strong relationships with parents and stakeholders
• Overseeing staff development, training, and performance
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in a senior nursery role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Professional, reliable, and approachable
Location: Tottenham
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
