Crynodeb
The role will require you to:
Deal with all incoming and outgoing post, and its effective recording and distribution.
Provide clerical and administrative support within the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Sections.
Be part of a team that is responsible for providing a prompt, fair and efficient service to the public in the administration and collection of Council Tax and Business Rates.
Provide clerical support to the Customer Services Team.
We are looking to recruit an individual who:
Is reliable.
Is able to carry out tasks with accuracy and ability to demonstrate initiative.
Has knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Packages at or above basic/introductory level.
Has the ability to communicate orally and in writing in both English and Welsh.
Has experience of working in a ‘Mail Room’.
Has knowledge of Council Services.
