More2Childcare is recruiting an experienced Nursery Room Leader for our Baby Room (under 18 months) at our Ofsted Outstanding nursery in Greenwich, South East London. This is a rare opportunity, with our current Nursery Room Leader having been in the role for 10 years.
We’re looking for a Level 3 (or above) qualified practitioner who is already a Nursery Room Leader or has at least 2 years’ EYFS nursery experience and is ready to step up into a leadership role. Please note to apply you MUST have the right to work in the UK – at this time we are unable to sponsor candidates needing a VISA to work in the UK
Hours: 4 days per week, 7:30am–6:00pm, with one fixed day off.
As Nursery Room Leader, you will lead a small team, deliver outstanding baby-room practice, plan engaging activities, complete observations, support staff development, ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards, and build strong relationships with parents.
