  • About the Role
    We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead recruitment activity across our corporate functions and property portfolio. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes, improve recruitment processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Marketing).
    Lead hiring for property and estates roles, including property management, asset management, FM, and related disciplines.
    Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expertise on talent markets, role scoping, and assessment.
    Deliver direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, and market mapping.
    Manage agency relationships where required, negotiating terms and maintaining performance.
    Drive inclusive hiring practices and support DE&I recruitment initiatives.
    Oversee candidate experience from outreach to offer, ensuring a smooth process.
    Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and insights for leadership.
    Support wider People projects as needed during the FTC period.

    Skills & Experience

    Proven experience as a Talent Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or Senior Recruiter.
    Strong background recruiting corporate/central functions.
    Experience hiring within the property / real estate / estates sector (client-side or agency-side).
    Confident managing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    Skilled in direct sourcing and market mapping.
    Excellent communication, organisation, and candidate management skills.
    Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
