Crynodeb

Do you have a passion for people and a drive to help others live fulfilling, independent lives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Transition Mentor at our Stopover Project in Glasgow.

Your New Opportunity

At Stopover, we provide supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25 who are taking the next steps towards independent living. Each young person has their own fully equipped bedsit, and we work closely with them to build the life skills and confidence they need to move on to less supported accommodation or secure a tenancy of their own.

Many of the young people we support have experienced adverse childhood experiences, including mental health challenges, trauma, addictions, and involvement with the criminal justice system. You’ll be part of a caring, consistent, and trauma-informed team making a real difference every day.

This role includes a regular sleepover shift once per week.

Starts at 4:00pm and runs until 12:00am, followed by a sleeping shift until 8:00am

A sleepover payment is made in addition to your salary, offering extra earning potential every month.
