We're looking for a Creative Digital Design Degree Apprentice to join our Design Team based in Leeds, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Creative Digital Design . Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 - with salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!
Start Date: September 2026

How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Creative Digital and Design Degree Apprentice you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BA (Hons) in Creative Digital Design with our university partner, Manchester Metropolitan University, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You'll work closely with the Natural Resources, Infrastructure team to provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK's essential services and assets
Your day to day will include:
-Creating high-quality animations, still visuals and interactive content.
-Designing and developing bespoke interactive project walkthroughs, enabling users to explore construction sites, buildings and infrastructure projects in real time.
-Producing real-time scenario simulations, interactive site logistics models and virtual reality (VR) experiences.
-Learning to understand and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
-Working closely with clients to develop briefs, taking projects from initial tender stage through to construction and beyond.

What are we looking for?
To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
-GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 or above
-3 A levels (grades BCC) or an equivalent (for example, BTEC DMM).
-104 UCAS points at A-level
To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
