Summary
Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – 40 Hours – Up to £27,800
You will spend your days working within a blended EYFS and child-led play activities approach and supporting children as their learning spaces evolve into more structured pre-school routines. The nursery has large, airy rooms for each age group, furnished with engaging play equipment and educational resources designed to support development at every stage.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Recent experience in a nursery setting (0–5 years)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and developmental stages
- Ability to support child-led learning and deliver adult-led activities
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid certification
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care and learning activities across the EYFS
- Support the blended approach to learning (child-led play and adult-led activities)
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress and development
- Maintain room standards and prepare age-appropriate learning environments
- Work with room leaders to support transitions between age groups
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards
