We are seeking an ambitious leader with a passion for health and fitness, a flair for exceptional customer service, and a proven track record in leisure facility management. As the captain of our ship, you will oversee a diverse team, manage the day-to-day operations, and ensure the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Your strategic vision will guide the centre to new heights, driving membership growth and community engagement. With fantastic facilities, including a 25 metre swimming pool, a busy gym, and a variety of fitness classes, you will have all the tools at your disposal to create an inclusive, motivating, and thriving environment.
About you
Using your experience in management within the leisure, hospitality, or related industry, you’ll have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, galvanising purpose to fuel growth and cultural transformation. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be adept at resource management, budgeting and financial planning.
