Our local client, a market leader in their field is now entering a new period of growth and is seeking a Sales Manager to join their senior leadership team.
Are you someone with a hands-on approach that can lead and inspire a small team?
Duties include:
• Lead and develop the sales team, identify new markets, develop customer accounts and manage new product opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across B2B and B2C channels.
• Create Sales goals and team KPI’s, tracking performance against commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on pricing, forecasting, and long-term growth planning.
• Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
If you are ambitious, dynamic and full of positive energy with a proven track record in leading a team this Sales Manager role might be the job for you. Proven experience in B2B and eCommerce sales is essential for candidates to be considered. Some technical exposure would be helpful but is not essential for the role.
